Whether you're hosting a birthday party, family picnic, or community
event, reserving a shelter provides the convenience and peace of
mind of having a designated space for your group.

Facility & Field Rentals
Whether hosting a meeting for 10, an intimate family gathering of 30 or a large party of 350, the City of San Dimas has multiple
facilities available for rent to the public. Also available on a rental basis are lighted softball/baseball fields, soccer fields, and
multi-purpose fields.

Dining Room / Ballroom: 350/Theater: 564
Ballroom features window wall with beautiful views overlooking the
Civic Center Plaza, raised platform stage, outdoor plaza area with
water fountain, PA system, and catering kitchen. Tables and Chairs
are included per your layout specification.
SENIOR CITIZEN COMMUNITY CENTER
201 E. Bonita Ave., San Dimas CA 91773
Dining Room / Ballroom: 120/Theater: 180
Ballroom features plenty of natural light with beautiful wooden
beams, raised platform stage, patio area for BBQ, PA system, and
catering kitchen with ice machine. Tables and chairs are included per
your layout specification.
Meeting Room – Dining: 30/Theater: 50
The meeting room is suitable for smaller gathering, training or
meetings.
Conference Room – 15/20
The conference room is suitable for board meetings.
LADERA SERRA RECREATION BUILDING
Ladera Serra Park, 975 Calle Serra, San Dimas
SAN DIMAS RESIDENTS ONLY. Dining: 75/Theater: 100
Dining configuration is for rectangular tables only. Park hours of
sunrise to sunset and no alcohol policy apply. There is a kitchenette
with sink and restrooms in the building. Amenities in the park include
gazebo, playground and basketball court.

FIELD RENTALS
Visit sandimasca.gov/fieldrentals for the application materials and
visuals of rentable fields. The City of San Dimas has several baseball/
softball, soccer, and multi-purpose open play fields within City
parks that can accommodate various athletic activities. Scheduled
programs administered by the City and School teams have priority.
When City fields are not scheduled for City or School events, they
will be made available for use by groups/organized teams, either
residents or non-residents, based on approval.*
GETTING STARTED
- Email parksrecreation@sandimasca.gov regarding your interest.
Include your organization/event name, location you’re
interested in, anticipated dates and times, as well as contact
information.

Read and review our Fields Allocation Policy to address any
questions or concerns you may have.

You will then be contacted by a Parks & Recreation
representative to submit your paperwork (listed below) in order
to get approved for your rental.
*Prices vary on group eligibility & status*
WHAT NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED?

Completed and signed application
- Current insurance certificate that includes the City of San Dimas
(245 E. Bonita Ave.) as additional insured (only required for
reservations exceeding 1 day)
- Roster with each player’s address (for organized teams)
- Signed Code of Conduct
*All previous permits must be paid off before new applications
can be approved*
