Aerobics

Instructor: Faith Vercautren
This class will focus on improving your
cardiovascular health with fub, upbeat
movements. Routines will include high/low
impact cardio and strength training workouts
with use of steps, body weight, and stretching.
Please bring a mat.
Aqua Fit
Monday / Wednesday / Friday • 3 - 4 pm
Instructors: Kinsy Glidewell, Ariel Robles,
& Emily Robertson
Enjoy a full body workout that is easy on
your joints in our heated shallow pool.
Incorporates cardiovascular and strength
training. All fitness levels welcome. Please
bring water dumbbells or a noodle for added
resistance.

A full body workout that gets your heart
pumping and muscles moving! A mix of
dynamic dance moves and exercises with
hand weights, stability balls and more. A fun
class to improve cardiovascular capacities,
strength, bone density, balance and flexibility!
Gentle Calming Yoga
Tuesday & Thursday • 8 - 9 am
Instructor: Wendy Grijalva
This peaceful and stress-reducing class
emphasizes gentle floor movements, sweet
stretches, breathing and relaxation. Also
excellent for those new to yoga or recovering
from an injury as it is deeply nourishing for
the connective tissue and joints. Excellent for
restoration and healing of body, mind and
spirit. Please bring a yoga mat.
Hatha Yoga
Tuesday & Thursday • 12:45 - 1:45 pm
Instructor: Faith Vercautren
Hatha Yoga is a combination of stretching,
stretching and slow flow poses. You will work
with both strength and flexibility. It is good
for beginners as it is for all levels.

Low Impact
Weight Training

This class will focus on full body strength and
endurance training while using body weight,
dumbbells and kettlebells. All major muscle
groups will be focused on in each workout.

Pilates
Friday • 9 - 10 am
Instructors: Anna Scott
Pilates exercises will focus on conditioning
the body from the inside out. Learn the
importance of core stabilization, muscle
balance, strength and flexibility.
Meditation
Wednesday • 9 - 10 am
Instructor: Wendy Grijalva
Meditation is the deliberate focusing of
attention to bring about feelings of calm and
heightened energy and awareness. Regular
meditation offers many health benefits, such
as reduced stress and anxiety and overall
wellness. This class will focus on different
styles of meditation, breath work, grounding,
and mindfulness.
Silver Seniors
Monday - Friday • 10:30 - 11:30 am
Instructors: Linda Massett & Anna Scott
This workout includes fall prevention drills
and exercises to improve balance and
endurance. Build power and strength with a
mix of functional strength training exercises.
A chair is offered for support and handheld
weights, or tubing are recommended.
Stability Ball Workout
Friday • 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Instructors: Anna Scott
A fun cardio workout with core conditioning!
This class was designed for improving energy
levels, balance, posture, flexibility, and core
strength. The unstable ball surface requires
increased activation of core muscles therefore
making it ideal for engaging more muscles
without increasing total load.

Wednesday • 8 - 9 am

Shim Shin Tai Chi is a total body and mind
workout. Tai Chi is sometimes described as
meditation in motion. It promotes serenity
through gentle movement- connecting
the mind and the body. It offers toning,
improvement in endurance, energy, mobility,
agility, flexibility, stress relief and relaxation.
Shim-Sham Tai Chi is performed to music to
get the blood circulating and energy flowing.
TBF Total Body Fitness
Monday & Wednesday • 5 - 6 pm
Tuesday & Thursday • 6:15 - 7:00 am &
7:00 - 7:45am
Instructor: Wendy Grijalva
TBF/Bootcamp training consists of high-
intensity interval training (HIIT). Bootcamp
workouts include complex exercises that utilize
multiple muscle groups at the same time.
Improves cardiovascular fitness, muscular
strength and endurance. Never get bored and
it takes very little time to work the entire body.
Yin Yoga
Monday & Wednesday • 8 - 9 am
Instructor: Faith Vercautren
Yin focuses on flexibility and relaxation.
Poses are deep stretches that targets deep
connective tissue and held for 3-5 minutes
each pose. You will learn to breathe and relax
in the discomfort of the stretch as you work
towards mindfulness. Please bring a yoga
mat. You may also bring blocks, bolsters or
blankets to use as props.
Yoga Flow for Healthy Body
Tuesday & Thursday • 9 - 10 am
Instructor: Wendy Grijalva
This easy-paced Yoga Flow class keeps you
moving- linking breath with many basic
yoga postures which are designed to align,
strengthen and promote flexibility in the
body. You can expect an emphasis on
simplicity, repetition and ease of movement
to bring about a state of peaceful calm, inner
and outer strength. Please bring a yoga mat.
Zumba
Thursday • 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Instructor: Krista Ferrell
Zumba is perfect for everybody and every
body! Each class is designed to bring people
together to get a total workout. Exercise in
disguise! You will burn lots of calories and
have a great time doing it! For all fitness levels.
