Our First stop will be for lunch (included) at the famous Philippe’s original –home of the beef dip.
Choice of Beef, Turkey, Pork or Tuna sandwich with a choice side of Cole slaw, potato or macaroni
salad, coffee, tea or lemonade and brownie or cookie for dessert. Next, we head to the Griffith
Observatory and Planetarium.

Newport Beach for the Harbor Christmas Boat Parade,
dinner at Harborside Restaurant (included), private

& Guidelines
Individuals, who are not at boarding locations at
specified times, upon departure, return or during
the excursion, shall forfeit the cost of the trip and
will be responsible for their own transportation
arrangements and all related costs. Contact (909) 394-
6290 for a complete Excursion Policy.
Refund Policy for All Excursions: Refunds must be
requested seven "business days" prior to day trips and
30 days prior to overnight trips. No refunds issued
after that time. There is a $10 service charge for
cancellation of each seat. Full refunds will be issued
if the Department cancels a trip. Parent/guardian
signature is required on all permission slips for
participants under 18 years.
Adult Excursions 18+
Adult Excursions include transportation on a luxury
liner coach. Adult Excursions depart from and return
to the Senior Center parking lot unless otherwise
noted. Participants must travel on City provided
transportation to and from the event. For more

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
FOR ADULT EXCURSIONS
SAN DIMAS RESIDENTS
Registration begins at 7:30 am at the Senior Citizen/
Community Center, 201 East Bonita Ave., on the
date specified for each trip. Proof of residency is
required. Each resident may register themselves
and one guest per trip. Residency is not required for
the guest of a San Dimas resident, but non-resident
fees are applicable.
NON-RESIDENTS
Registration begins at 7:30 am at the Senior Citizen/
Community Center on the date specified for each
trip.
Family Excursions Family Excursions include transportation on a luxury
liner coach. Family Excursions depart from and return
to the City Hall parking lot. Children 7 years and under
must be accompanied by an adult. Family Excursions
are supervised by Recreation staff and are conducted
using the “buddy system” so children may sign up with
a friend or with the family.
